Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups Flour
1-1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
15oz canned Pumpkin
1 cup Canola oil
2 cups Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350, line pan with muffin cups.
Mix flours, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a separate bowl.
Combine eggs, sugar in a large bowl. Add pumpkin and oil - mix well.
Stir in flour mixture until just moistened. Add chocolate chips if desired. Spoon into muffin cups.

Bake 20-25 minutes, cool.

do you think these would taste as good if I substitute applesauce for the oil?? trying to make it alittle more healthy?
